Where are you located?

We are located in Fredericksburg, Virginia, about an hour south of Washington, DC.

Do you only work with local organizations?

No! We are happy to work with you through Google Meet, or to travel to your office location anywhere in North America.

Are you available for speaking engagements?

Absolutely. Speaking to groups of all sizes is a great way to inspire people towards transformation.

Do you facilitate any assesments and related training?

We do. For some, like DISC, OCAI, or Enneagram, we handle ourselves. For others, like Working Genius or Meyers-Briggs, we partner with experts in those assesments.

How is your pricing structured?

We work hard to make our services available to any-sized organization. Pricing is based on the scope of work, location, level of effort, and timeline. Pricing can be hourly or as a set project price. We can structure pricing for longer or ongoing engagements in increments to assist with budgeting.

Non-profit organizations are offered services at a reduced cost.

Our clients, past and present, are our greatest source of advertisement! We would be happy to connect you with other Brookcal Partners to learn about their experiences.

Do you have any Brookcal Swag?

We sure do. All clients receive Brookcal Swag in the mail, just for the fun of it.  As a Partner, you never know when something might show up in your mailbox!
