I've spent nearly twenty-five years in the construction industry, working at every level from laborer to executive — and what that path taught me is that profitable, well-run construction companies aren't built by better processes alone. That belief shapes everything I do: helping ownership sharpen how their company operates while never losing sight of the leadership and culture that make those changes actually stick.
I hold an MA in Non-Profit Leadership, an MBA, and I'm completing a PhD in Organizational Leadership. I teach as a professor of Construction Management, and my research on multi-level leadership — how leadership actually functions differently across individuals, teams, and entire organizations — was recently published in the Journal of Leaderology and Applied Leadership. That combination shows up directly in how I work with clients: grounded in what actually happens on a jobsite, backed by real depth in how organizations, and the people inside them, actually function.
