This philosophy became his mission after he completed the FMI Leadership Institute in 2017. Inspired by the idea of transforming organizations by transforming their people, Kevin dedicated himself to the study of leadership and organizational development. He went on to earn a pair of Master’s degrees and is currently completing his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.
Beyond his work as a consultant, Kevin shares his passion as a professor of Leadership Studies and volunteers at a local church. His expertise is grounded in both academic rigor and a deep commitment to helping others succeed.

With a foundation in accounting and an ongoing pursuit of a degree in AI-Driven Business, she serves as a key resource for Brookcal's clients. Brooklyn seamlessly bridges the gap between financial services and project coordination, ensuring that complex initiatives are managed with both strategic insight and meticulous attention to detail.
In her free time, she serves as a gradeschool tudor, drives her Jeep without doors, and loves to build really big Lego sets.
